Evolving through experience (MMM summer school)

This week has been one of the best times in my life. So much strength and balance, so many authentic and beautiful moments.
On the MMM (Margaret Morris Movement) book the description of this movement is:
Recreational, Athletic, Creative, Therapeutic.
I clearly felt all these aspects in the extreme.
In Greek there is a perfect word that captures (almost all) these meanings: κάθαρσις (catharsis, first used by Aristotle in his definition of tragedy).

The wonderful French seaside and English countryside were the first stops of our trip.
Smelling the sea, eating juicy cherries and admiring colorful English-style gardens were my first strong impressions.

Then the summer school began.
Entering the gym full of expectations and excitement.
Appreciating the instructions of different teachers.
Imagining my invisible dance angel lifting my thorax before each exercise.
Pushing my ankle to keep the absolute balance (and hurting it by pushing too hard -- my fault, but the balance was so good!). 
Diving into myself and letting my body take the lead during creative dancing.
Meeting like-minded people and dreaming big.
Sharing the excitement and interesting new ideas.
Freeing myself from plans for the future and fears of not succeeding.
Warming up for the exam and feeling sure about myself and my strengths.
Letting the tears flow like a river during a strong choreography.
Standing on stage calm and ready to perform.

I feel stronger than before.
This experience brought me one step closer to myself and happiness.
